1. EDIBLE OILS

We extract edible oils from Sesame (Gingelly), Coconut, and Groundnut (Peanut) through Cold-Pressed methodology. Vaagai timber is used inside the crusher which emits low temperature while crushing the oil seeds. The oils extracted is further kept under sunlight for three days to increase shelf-life. We use high quality seeds for crushing. We ensure coconuts without sulphur.

2. BATTERS

Idly, Dosa and Adai varieties are inseparable dishes of Indians and this food culture is accepted by Western Culture and there are humpty number of Indian style restaurants being started in Western Countries. This is the result of the fact Idlies, Dosas and Adai items are very delicious and healthy for the eaters.

3. SPICES AND CONDIMENTS

Spices and Condiments contain essential oils, which provide taste, aroma and flavour to the food. Spices are frequently used to heighten the culinary appeal. They also play a major role in preserving food in the kitchen. They also add a little nutritive value to daily life. We deal with Turmeric (Haldi), Cumin (Jira), Green Cardamom (Cchoti Ilayachi), Coriander, Cilantro, Garam Masala, Black Cardamom (Kali Ilayachi), Ginger (Adarek), Garlic (Lahasun), Asafoetida (Hing), Fenugreek (Methi), Mango Powder (Amchoor), Tej Patta, Cinnamon/Cassia Bark (Dalachini), Fennel (Saunf), Star Anise (Chakra Phul), Carom (Ajwain), Nutmeg (Jaiphal), Mace (Javitri), Cloves (Lavang), Mustard Seeds (Rai), Black Pepper (Kali Mirch), Indian Red Chili (Lal Mirch), Curry leaves (Kadhipatta) and so on.

4. CEREALS AND PULSES

A cereal is any grass cultivated for the edible components of its grain. These are produced in large quantities and provide a large amount of food worldwide than any other crop. These are therefore termed as staple crops. Cereals are rich in vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, fats and oil. They are composed of bran, germ and endosperm. When the bran and germ are removed, the endosperm is known as carbohydrate. We deal with Wheat, Maize, Rice, Barley, Oats, Rye, Sorghum and so on.

Pulses are edible seeds of the legume family. They are annual crops and are harvested as dry grains. They are healthy, nutritious and easy to cook. Hundreds of varieties of pulses are grown throughout the world. The production of pulses improves soil quality, decreases greenhouse gases and requires less water than any other crops. We deal with high class Bengal gram, Chickpeas, Red kidney beans, Lentils, White peas, Green beans, and so on.
